Nice staff. Fast and reliable service. I was in and out under an hour. My prescription was sent to the pharmacy by the time I got there to pick it up. Clean facility. Ample parking shared with Cvs pharmacy. The extra star was for my handsome nurse. I should have asked for his number. Maybe next time .

I went to the Hewlet Urgent Care center right before midnight because I injured my hand terribly. The staff was so lovely and took me right in. They did a hand xray and Dr. Frisella stitched my hand up very well. He was so reassuring and made me feel comfortable due to my circumstances. They all had a great sense of humor. The doctor told me to come back for a follow up which I did in the cedarhurst urgent care, which as well the staff was all so lovely. Both urgent cares were very clean and organized.

Best customer service I've ever had at an urgent care. Nurse? Lovely. Doctor? Lovely. Front desk? Lovely. Couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Wish I lived in this neighborhood it would be my primary physician!

They are very attentive and even with this being a medical facility you don't have to wait a very long time to see a doctor.
The doctor and all of the staff are very nice. I would definitely go back... if I had to.

I went late at night with a serious infection in my foot and did not know what to expect. The staff and Doctor put me at ease and administered care and resolved my issue. I never expected to get diagnosed and a procedure so quickly, efficiently and with minimum discomfort. It was a great experience.

The service was very good. We were called right away and saw the doctor quickly. The nurse, doctor and x-ray technician provided excellent service. I would recommend this urgent care.

I had some issues with my breathing and figured that I would contact an urgent care because I really did not want to go to an emergency room. this was my first time visiting an urgent care and my experience was above my expectations. The people here are very kind and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They where able to resolve my breathing issues in a timely matter. I would definitely recommend friends and family to this location.

Went in the night before July 4th, was seen within 5 minutes. Everyone was kind & thorough. Was nervous I wasn't going to be able to get an antibiotic being it was the night before the holiday, they called it in and the pharmacist waited for me to get there before closing up. Pleasant experience.

Open late. Clean and pretty quick. Went for stomach bug so not much expertise needed except what next step. Good communication from reception to medical staff.
